Maybe, no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to get on the same page in your relationships and communication breaks down. That ‘Spark’ has dwindled or an erosion of trust has occurred due to past hurts. Perhaps a pattern of unhealthy relationships has left you feeling confused and defeated. Whatever the cause, you feel a sense of disconnection either from yourself or your relationship. Together, we will untangle the knots of miscommunication, confront these relationship patterns, and work towards the fulfilling relationship and life you want and deserve, whatever that may look like for you.

I specialize in working with couples & individuals around relationship concerns, break-ups/divorce, life transitions, intimacy, and self-esteem. To achieve the connected relationships & fulfilling lives that the couples and individuals I see desire, I employ a multitude of modalities including the Gottman Method (Level 1 certified), EFT, and DBT. I understand that all clients and all relationships are different so I strive to ensure I am tailoring my services to your individual needs. I work diligently to establish a nurturing, authentic, and collaborative space where clients can express themselves freely. I wholeheartedly affirm and support clients of all sexual orientations and relationship types, creating a sex positive environment that promotes growth and self acceptance.

I am a limited licensed counselor in the state of Michigan and a National Certified Counselor. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Spring Arbor University. I also received my Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University.
